Holiday Cards
How do you feel about sparkle? For me, the holiday
season includes lots of shine from glint of holiday lights
against the snow to the glitter of holiday cards and gifts.
There is just something about gold and silver that says "happy
holidays" to me.
These cards are a perfect example. Each one uses a
little bit of sparkle to help celebrate the season. I love
how they use non traditional elements like banners, snowflakes,
and scrollwork to add detail to the sentiments. The
recipients of these gorgeous cards will certainly feel the love
and joy of the season.

Happy Hannukah
by Dr. Irit Shalom

Cardstock: Die Cuts with View,
Transparency: Hambly Studios,

Design Notes: Make your own Menora with any candle die- just build 9

it.

Joy Card by Michelle McClung

Studio, Alphabet: American Crafts, Rub-ons: Daisy D's, Ink: Tsukineko,
Embossing Powder: Hampton Art, Glitter Glue: Ranger, Other: twine.

Design Notes: I was trying to stay away from traditional Christmas colors of Red, White, Green, and go for something a
little more sophisticated. The gold also dressed it up a bit more.
