Hi! My name is Jennifer. I am a native Texan but I'm currently living in Monterrey, Mexico because of my hubby's job. We've been here for 4 years and are looking at moving back to Texas next summer! I am married to a wonderful man, Michael, for 7 years now. I am a SAHM to my 2 boys, both named Michael, yes, I'm surrounded by Michaels, and I love it! In addition to scrapping I also enjoy reading, cooking and making chocolate candy.

Scrapping is not entirely new to me. My mom bought me my first scrapbook many years ago when my dad was traveling. However, I am new to this scrapping lifestyle. A friend I'd made since moving to Monterrey introduced me to scrapbooking in December 2004. I started actively scrapping in early 2005 and haven't looked back.

While my friend showed me the basics, I felt there had to be more out there, so I did an Internet search and imagine my surprise. I was so inspired I immediately asked DH take me shopping in the US for more/new supplies and started trying new things. I also joined a few online sites, but ScrapStreet.com is home to me! The people are truly friendly and inspiring!

I was honored to be a part of the Magazine Staff during this past year. This year I was honored when I was asked to join the Editorial Staff! I will begin the new year with a new adventure!
