Hi, my name is Linda. I live in Minnesota with my husband, Brad and one very spoiled black cocker, Rahja. We have 5 children all of whom have flown the coop and made lives of their own. Within those lives we have been blessed with 7 grandchildren who of course are the main focus of my scrapping.

 For many years, I have enjoyed creating unique cards for all special occasions using my computer. Out of this came my interest for scrapbooking, which started in late 2004 when I began thinking about retiring from my job as a programmer. I had started collecting supplies with the hopes of finally getting all the family pictures together in one spot. Instead I just kept collecting supplies and not really doing much with them. That is until I joined ScrapStreet in late 2005. Since joining the group here, I have delved into many different forms of scrapping and altering.

I would have to say that digital scrapping is my favorite. I have been told my style is “whimsical” and after looking back at some of my layouts, I tend to agree. I feel so much more freedom with the digital scrapping because there is no fear of ruining supplies.

I feel so honored to be a part of the digi team and magazine staff here and I hope everyone enjoys the warm and friendly atmosphere I have come to love at ScrapStreet.com.
