January enjoying the World Pastry Cup.
Dubbed the "most delectable competition in the world", France's Coupe du Monde de la Patesserie brings together 66 of the world's premiere pastry chefs from 22 countries in a display guaranteed to make your mouth water. Each country is represented by three experts in their field; a pastry chef, chocolate maker and an ice specialist. Technical, artistic and performance skills are put to the test. At the end of a rigorous 9 hour live challenge, teams are required to complete a set number of fruit, ice, and chocolate desserts. The pieces will then be marked for their taste and artistic quality by a panel of international judges - one from each participating country. Gorgeous and tasty!
