Give your page that Audrey Hepburn twist!
These last layouts focus more on special or extraordinary pearl embellishments. Vibeke's pearl string coiled on that chipboard swirl is beautiful on its own, yet complements every detail on this gorgeous romantic vintage layout. Jona's dangling pearls are an interesting touch to her colorful page! It's just perfect for her photo with the sea background!
After looking at all these layouts, I felt really inspired to do my own pearl challenge. I raided the local ribbons and buttons store and found some pearl accents. These look like strings measuring 2 inches long with pearls on both ends. Taking inspiration from Audrey Hepburn's black sheath dress and white strands of pearls, I used a sparkly black background and let the hand cut patterned papers and pearls do their magic. True, it took me more than an hour to loop all those pearl accents into the eyelets, but it was all elegantly and glamorously worth it in the end.
