I watch the Oprah show from time to time, and one of her shows that I am always drawn to involves “her favorite things”, which is a give away show that typically is shown close to Christmas time. Now, I have dreamed about what it might be like to be on this show - I mean who wouldn’t want to receive such amazing gifts from Oprah! Now I know that I will never be on the show, but still I tune in because I am intrigued and curious to find out what will make her short list of “Oprah’s Favorite things”.
Besides the obvious drooling that takes place as she reveals amazing product after amazing product, this show inspires me and sparks ideas of what I might give to my loved ones that year. Personally, two years ago when she revealed the “Kindle” I knew I had to purchase this gift for my mother-in-law. It ended up being and still is a cherished gift.

Exploring Is Your Nature by Noeleen Acosta
Supplies: Papers, Tags, Chipboard, Coupons, Buttons: Rusty Pickle, Cardstock: Prism, Letter Stickers: Rusty Pickle, Making Memories, Stamps: Maya Road, Ink: Clearsnap, Other: staples.
Design Notes: I find it absolutely amazing how children find everything in nothing. They are explorers by nature and it always makes me smile when my son discovers the smallest things with such awe and wonder. Things that as adults we have forgotten how amazing they really are.

Design Notes: I "cut" pieces with digital shapes and clipped my papers to them to create a paper-like look to my digital layout.
